Tae Kwon Do and self defense taught by our team of black belt trained instructors. Our goal is to give our students the skills and abilities to handle a variety of real world situations that they may encounter, as well as learn and master traditional Tae Kwon Do. They learn through hands on training how to respond and defend themselves using a variety of techniques. We stress respect, a positive attitude, and self-discipline while focusing on building confidence and technical skills.

Photos and Videos can now be uploaded to our site. Under the Photo Gallery tab there is a section called “Upload Photos” where you can upload photos from your computer or phone. Feel free to send us any media, inside or outside of class and we will happily share it with the world.
All belts have been updated to include: Overview of what is expected, Testing requirements, and a step-by-step instruction guide to practicing all required material for your test. Just remember, you don’t become good at martial arts only by reading.
A new tab has been added to the belt tab called “Black belt testing”. This tab covers all you need to know and work on for becoming a black belt.
Ever wonder if a dragon plans ahead? So do we! Below are some of the latest ideas our minds had thought up.
Need a uniform? Sparring gear? Maybe a nunchuck or two? On the equipment gear can be purchased online and picked up in class.
